Job Descriptions:
Responsible in creating any innovative concept for consumer activation, as well as its good execution and post evaluation report
Able to lead a training and be a trainer of CHG product knowledge to internal team (i.e. Distribution Team) and external team (SPG, MD, APL, and other 3rd party)
Able to collaborate with Brand Management and Distribution team within his/her assigned area (Medan) for maximazing perfomance of CHG Brands, as well as maintaining the brand awareness and trial
Job Requirements:
Having experience minimum 2 years working in Marketing/Sales
Having a good communication in Bahasa & English
Having a working experience with the local agency/Media to plan and implement consumer activation
Understand Marketing Mix (including Channeling System) in his/her assigned area
Familiar to all kind of OTC/FMCG activities would be an additional advantage
Have an experience in Medan, North Sumatera

The Darya-Varia Plant in Gunung Putri specializes in manufacturing soft gelatin capsules and liquid products, while the Darya-Varia Plant in Citeureup concentrates on the manufacturing of sterile injections and solids.
The Company also toll manufactures with its affiliate, PT Medifarma Laboratories, at Cimanggis Plant, Depok. In 2013, the Company obtained halal certification for NATUR-E and HOBAT Capsules, its animal based gelatin products, marking a first halal certified supplement for a pharmaceutical company in Indonesia.
In line with its mission to "build a healthier Indonesia one person at a time", Darya-Varia produces high quality products for both Consumer Health and Ethical product lines, building strong, respected brands that are recognized throughout Indonesia.
